Cemetery Field Work for Genealogical Records

Veterans Service Projects

Honoring local veterans is an important part of Seneca Chapter, NSDAR, service activities.

Desiring to take on a service project for local veterans, Seneca Chapter, NSDAR, made handcrafted wheelchair bags for veterans at the Canandaigua VA. Chapter members with more experience in sewing instructed members with little or no experience in aspects of the bag assembly, ensuring everyone played a part in the project's success.

Each year, members of Seneca Chapter, NSDAR, gather to sign holiday cards for local veterans at the Canandaigua VA to thank them for their service.
